I have a yth 18542. The back wheel are locked. The lever to cause it to move moves freely, but nothing happens. What do I do?

# ***** and # ***** are the bolts that hold the mechanical brake caliper on. Loosen these two bolts, and tap on the brake parts, then see if the unit will roll in freewheel. If it does, your brake was locked. Take WD 40 and lube the brake parts, and then re-tighten the brake caliper. That should do it!
