Customer Question

I have a Husqvarna MZ6128 Zero Turn mower with a Briggs & Stratton 28 hp engine - Model 49M777 - Type 5122G5. The aluminum intake push rod became loose and when I took the valve cover off, it is missing. I removed the head and still see no signs of it. Could it be in the crankcase and if so, what should I do?

Hello. Thank you for choosing Just Answer. I will be happy to assist you. I am sorry to hear about this situation. If your push rod is missing, it has to be inside your crankcase.

You will have to remove your oil sump, in order to retrieve your push rod.
