Customer Question

Toro 5060mx was driving and suddenly stopped. Even pushing in pins to roll it won't let it move
JA: I'll do all I can to help. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so we can help you best.
Customer: It starts fine. Trying to go either way it won't move. Arms fill a bit stiff. Pushed in back pins so I could push it and it still won't move.
JA: Is there anything else the Small Engine Technician should be aware of?
Customer: No
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Small Engine Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Where would I access that at?

Hello?
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
The best way to check your belt, is by looking under your mower, from the rear.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Got it. It is off. An easy way to reattach?
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
You will put your belt around your engine pulley and both transaxles pulleys first, then around your idler pulley.
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
Then you will need to re-attach the spring that attaches to your idler pulley.
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
It is sort of hard to stretch your spring. If you use a piece of rope to pull your spring, it will be easier to attach.
Expert:  Donald replied 1 year ago.
Just loop your rope over the hook on your spring.
