The voltage for the keyswitch comes off the positive post of the starter solenoid, goes through the fuse panel, to the switch. Do you 12+volts at the starter solenoids positive post from battery? Are fuses good, do you have voltage past the fuse panel? Check around starter wiring for a fusible link, if no power to the fuse panel. Fusible link will look like a soldered in fuse in ground side of system. It has to have continuity when checked with volt'ohmmeter or test light.
