Customer Question

We have a NorTrac 12 volt bi/rotational power unit. The unit has stopped pumping both directions and it sound as though it is unable to prime. The fluid reservoir is full to the top.
This unit has been operating flawlessly, and then for no apparent reason it would not retract the hydraulic cylinder. Any suggestion of the cause.

Does motor just free spin? Usual problem is suction tube broken loose in the tank, or the coupler between motor pump broken.
