Hi output power 6.75 model ####-##-####
You pull the starting cord and more often than not it is a hard pull and it snaps back. Broke the pull handle and almost my thumb.

Hi Mac my name is ***** ***** welcome to Just Answer. If the rope os snatching back on you alot of times it's a Sheard flywheel key which knocks the timing off . Have you checked the flywheel yet ?
