Hi my name is ***** ***** welcome to Just Answer. Have you tested for spark after it does ? From the symptoms you are describing it does sound like your losing spark or compression once it's hot. A bad coil will produce spark until it's hot then it will not until it cools off . If it's a compression issue it will have good compression until it's hot , then as it gets hot the valves expand and they lose their seal so it drops in compression . The way to check both of these is check for spark using a spark tester right after it dies . If it has spark I would check compressing next . Using a compression tester check compression before starting . Being a 4 cycle it should have well over 60 psi , most riders have 100 lbs , run it till it dies then recheck the compression . If it has 90 psi before running and 55 psi after it dies you know it's a valve issue .
