Customer Question

I have a Husqvarna HU775HW, I've had it in a local
dealer/repair shop several times in the last 2 years and they can't find the problem.
It starts up on the 1st/2nd pull, not a problem, motor doesn't sound as fast as believe
it once did. engage self propel walking gear, not a problem
Here is the problem, once it touches grass( I have it at the highest level)it just
slows down and stops, like there is not enough power to cut the grass, I'm not
talking high grass, usual week to week mowing.

HI, my name is***** will be assisting you.You have one of a couple possible problems. The governor spring is stretched out and not maintaining the rpm on the engine when under a load, therefore the engine will loose power and most likely die under a light load. There is trash in the carburetor blocking the jets which is not allowing enough fuel to pass through the carburetor which will cause the engine to loose power and die under a load as well.Thank you it has been a pleasure to assist you. Please take a moment to rate your experience.
