I am back with you. When you have an opportunity, I would like to do some troubleshooting. What position is your ignition switch in, when your fuse blows? Are your lights on or off, prior to your fuse blowing?

I have attached an image of your wiring schematic below.

I have used a red arrow, to highlight the potential problem areas of your circuit. If you will disconnect wires from each part, one at a time, this will help to determine which part is causing your fuse to blow. Process of elimination. The fuel shut off solenoid on your carburetor, or your headlights, will be a good starting point, for troubleshooting. Also, disconnect your regulator, then start your engine, to see if your fuse blows.
