Customer Question

I have a mzt52 zero turn mower. Cut grass for over 2 hours yesterday. Moved mower about 100 yards and now it won't move forward or backward. Engine cranks without a problem. Can't determine what's suddenly wrong. Help! Thanks Dr Kimbrell

The drive belt for the two transmissions has come off of a pulley. You have two transmissions driven by a single belt from the engine. Only common part is the belt!

See link above for belt. Look in your owners manual for the drive belt.

I found the upper belt was off and I placed it back around pulley. There seems to be a slight bit of looseness in the belt/pulley connection. Is this normal?

There will be some, but the spring needs to keep the belt tight at all times.
