Customer Question

I have a generac generator that is hooked into my natural gas and automatically engages in the event of a power failure.
The green light on the side of the unit is on but the yellow light is on also.
What does this mean?

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am going to assist you with this.

The green light means that the unit is in AUTO, and is ready to run.

The yellow light means that service is required. It may be time for the yearly service, or the battery needs to be serviced. This is on a 1 year timer.
