I have 27 hp Briggs that is missing on one cyl. but has spark .I have changed plugs . If I rev it up that cyl will fire when I pull plug wire off good cyl but quits when I slow it down

If it fires on both sides at different times, the diode between the two coils is bad.

If it does not run on one cylinder, you have a pushrod off on the dead cylinder.

With engine idling, and you pull one spark plug wire at a time, does engine die when either is pulled?? If it does, the opposite cylinder is the dead one, and the pushrod or rocker arm needs to e checked.
