I have a karcher SC 1402. I used it once a few years ago and did nor realise water remained in machine until i took it out to i am getting no steam as it is coming out of valve. I used the sediment tablets witout any change. What do you suggest

Get as much of the water out that you can, and then use full strength vinegar and let it sit and soak. If the vinegar doesn't do it, the unit will need to be completely dis-assembled and parts soaked in vinegar.
