i have a generac 7500 generator that puts out current sometimes. changed brush assembly
that did help. once it starts putting out i can it for 15 or 20 min. no problem, but cut it off
and start it back up get no output. any ideas

The most likely cause of this is a poor wiring connection somewhere in the control panel, but it can also be other things, such as a bad voltage regulator (if your genset has one).
