MY Honda es6500, converted to propane, is putting out 150 volts at the outlets in my off-grid house. Is there a way to check the voltage regulator? Is that the most likely cause?

The voltage regulator is the most likely cause, but there are other things it can be.

The first thing you need to do is to get a frequency reading of the genset, with no load on it.
