Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

Do you hear any noises when you try to start the machine?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Just one click
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 2 years ago.

Can you tell if that one click is coming from the solenoid or where? Did you do a load test on the battery when you checked it?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Have no idea
Expert:  JohnF2015 replied 2 years ago.

Try to start the machine again and listen to see if you can tell where it is clicking at. I would suspect it coming from the solenoid if so your solenoid could be bad or the battery may be not good when under a load.
