Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

It sounds like the starter solenoid is going bad on your machine. Which engine do you have on this machine?

installed a new starter with solenoid last summer and still have the same problem, i saw a skemedic with a part/item number11 is this a capacitor for the starter????

Can you test the voltage that you are getting to the small spade terminal on the solenoid when you try to start the engine and let me know what you get? If it is 12+ volts then the problem has to be in the solenoid. If it is less than 12 volts then we could look backwards in the system at other possibilities.

Your problem could also be a poorly grounded starter.
