Hi, first check whether the start on/0ff switch is placed on position. Did you use the right gasoline mixture? Some lawn mowers does not take pure gas. You need to make the right mixture. If that is the case I will not know what gasoline mixture you need to use. You can find the fuel ready at Home Depot for example or you can mix it yourself. You will have to ask the dealer where you purchase the mower or check your model online to determine for example if it takes 50:1 or 100:1. Second, check whether there is a gas on/off switch that you might have to turn on in order to let the gas flow into the carbilater. Make sure the carbilater gets gas. The hose might be broken or might be even clogged. Try starting, if nothing helps please check the spark plug it might need cleaning. Also, know that you will have to press a few times the clean button that pumps gas into the carbilater. If none of this helps then it means something more complex is the issue and you will have to take the lawn mower to your mechanic or back to your dealer. Good luck
