If you remove spark plug and ground it, do you have spark when cranking?
If you have spark, put finger over spark plug hole and see if it has enough compression to move your finger.
If it has spark and compression, put a teaspoon of fuel direct into the cylinder, re-install the spark plug and see if it will start.
If it does, check the fuel to the carburetor.
Can you get to the spark plug?
If not, you will have to remove the covers!
