Customer Question

2004 silver eagle 44 inch, when blades engaged pulley drops down from belt?

Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

When you engage the blades where do you have the throttle set? If at full throttle this may be the problem, sometimes the load of the blades engaging to start spinning on the belt will cause enough of flex on the belt that it will jump off or come off of the pulley. Does it seem to matter where the deck height is at? All the way up makes it worse or all the way down?
