Customer Question

I have a club car with a gas engine. It is in for service and the mechanic is telling me there is a leak in the crankcase and there is no vacuum pressure being generated for the fuel pump. He tried an 4 PSI electric fuel pump but its flooding the carb. Moreover, he is telling me that the cart will not run optimally using an electric. How much should it run to fix the vacuum issue in the crankcase - I see no visible oil leaks.
