This is not a pressurized crankcase, it should be running under a vacuum. There are only a few reasons that you would be pumping oil like that.

  1. Crankcase is overfilled with oil or an oil/fuel mixture.
  2. Head gasket is blown or you have an external air leak that is pressurizing the crankcase.
  3. Reed plate in the head breather area is cracked or broken causing you to pressurize the crankcase.
