We have a Kubota L2250 . The alternator wasn't working . Had it rebuilt and it still doesn't charge . The rebuilder says that it's because it needs a new voltage regulator. ?

It may need a voltage regulator. But be sure you have battery voltage to the field terminal on the alternator when you turn on the key,

Alternator has to be energized before it will charge.
