hey curtis i have a whole house generac gen. 1500kw the outlet on the out ide is gfi it wont reset there is an internal gfi that will not reset either do i just nee to replace the gfi outlet onthe out side?

A GFCI receptacle must have power to it to be able to reset it. The genset must be running to reset it.

It will not start there's a gfi on the inside as well just a pop up gfi outside is standard outlets gfi

Battery might be dead I will charge it and see if it cranks, will get back with you either way

If a charger doesn't work, you will need to take the battery in and have it load tested.
