I'm swapping my fuel tank location on my living quarter

Customer Question

I'm swapping my fuel tank location on my living quarter hore trailer from the hay rack to a more protected and vented area in my saddle compartment. It's ~8 feet below the generator and neeed help determining the proper fuel pump to use to provide fuel to the generator. Do i add a new one to the tank and feed it to the existing fuel pump or remove the factory fuel pump? Also can u provide a brand/location to buy such a fuel pump? Thx!

Hi, my name is***** will be assisting you.

The pump you currently have is an electric pump. You should not have to change the pump. If it were a vacuum style pump then I would recommend putting an electric pump on but this is not the case on your machine.
