Hi trying yo figure out wattage needed with a generator for a 9000 btu split unit and a 24000btu split unit...individually.

Hello!
My name is ***** ***** I am going to assist you with this.
Different brands are going to have different power requirements.
The best place to find the energy requirements is right on the data label of the A/C unit itself. You would need to fidn both the voltage and amperage requirements, and wattage could be figured from there.
But as a rough approximation, the 9,000 btu unit would require about 2,000 watts at 240V, and the 24,000 btu unit would require about 5,000 watts at 240V.
