Customer Question

I have a new dixon speedztr 30 and after mowing today (as i was trying to clean underside with quick connect) noticed the mower deck wouldnt engage.. Further inspection revealed drive belt had come loose and the deck idler pulley (539 110311) was breaking apart. What may be the issue here? I bought this mower from napa auto parts in port lavaca tx on 3/13/15. I live i victoria tx and purchased for use around my house. I have been following manuel to a 't' as far as maintenance, cleaning etc and havent had a problem until now.. Its actually worked great up this point. I plan to contact NAPA in port lavaca first thing in the morning and hopefully have my mower to them tomorrow morning as well. Any help/advice is much appreciated. Thank You. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
