Gen run but shut off electric aft

Customer Question

Gen run but shut off electric after a few minutes. Air filter a little dirt but not bad. Oil level good. Hot day 90 plus. Was using it on the road before this started. MARQUIS GOLD 5500.

It sounds like you may have tripped the circuit breakers on the genset.

Yes breaker good. Still getting power to transfer switch from generator. Thinking maybe Smart energy management board model 620 inside rv

How much voltage is getting to the transfer switch?
Is the TS switching over and letting power out?

120 on both line same on output lines 120 volts but 0 volts inside breaker panel.

Then the genset and the transfer switch are ok.
Your problem is between the TS and the breaker panel.
If you have an inverter in your unit, that is the most likely place to be a problem.
