Hello and thank you for choosing Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I will do my very best to get you the answer you need to your question. If you are still needing assistance with your question, I will help you. Many times when an engine will start up and run briefly, after priming it, this indicates a fuel related issue. First check to see if you are getting a steady flow of clean fuel from your fuel tank to your carburetor. If you are, then it is very likely that your carburetor will need a really good cleaning. Sometimes a basic cleaning will get your engine back up and running again. If a basic cleaning will not work, then you will need to remove your carburetor, dis-assemble it, then soak, clean, and rebuild it. We can continue from here. Thanks!
