Hi my name is ***** ***** welcome to just answer. First remove the spark plug , gas , and pull it a few times to clear the cylinder etc , then add fuel , prime about 10 times without the plug and pull it o er 5 to 7 times to get fuel back in the carb then clean an reinstall the plug and see if it will start . If it got submerged while hot it could of cracked the head or crankcase

We need to test the coil to make sure it's getting spark , do you have access to a spark tester ?
