Model #31c707 the intake valve is not moving, it was not cranking

model #31c707 the intake valve is not moving, it was not cranking over smoothly and would not run but for a second, the owner overfilled the crankcase with oil. It tried to crank over but would not spin smoothly removed the valve cover and found the intake push rod bent straightened for test purpose and reinstalled but the rod and rocker arm are not moving now?

I will help you with this
yes over fill of oil , gets to top of Piston, and bends the push rod,
it also may have broke the cam shaft they are soft
and it will also bend the valve,
I suggest to take apart to find which of the cause
