dip stick port?

If you have broken piston rings or rings that are getting worn out can cause this. Bad valve guides can also cause this. Anytime cylinder compression finds a way to get into the crankcase it will start blowing oil out from the crankcase to relieve pressure. There should be a hose going to the air filter housing or carb that burns the crankcase pressure. If that hose gets plugged somehow it will try to breath somewhere.
