Hi Rick, I have a almost new [6 months old] Cub Cadet RT65 tiller. Engine will not remain running for more than 5 seconds [stalls out]. I put in fresh gas, adjusted all choke,throttle, settings. Still wont run

Although your tiller is almost new, it is still likely that your carburetor is at fault. You probably have a partially clogged jet or fuel passage inside your carburetor, causing a restriction in your fuel flow.
I do believe, that if you clean your carburetor, this will resolve our problem.
