Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !! See if you can turn the engine by manually turning the flywheel screen on top of engine. If not, remove the top cover and put a wrench on the flywheel nut and see if it will turn. If not, engine is seized, and major repair needed.

Ok, If you follow the posiitve battery cable to the starter solenoid and jump across the two cable terminals with an old screwdriver, will engine spin? This is quick check of the battery, cables and starter. If it does not turn, start with checking battery voltage, it has to be above 12.5 volts to start engine. You may have a low battery and the low voltage has let the fuel solenoid cut off the fuel to the cylinder.
