my toro electric start will not start. The battery is fully charged. It starts with the pull rope. I do not get any sound when I turn the key.

Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !! Do you have a voltmeter or test light to check the voltage at the start switch and at the starter? If the switch sends the voltage to the starter solenoid, the starter may have failed. If no voltage sent to the starter, then the switch is in question. But a voltage check needs to be ran to determine where there is voltage.
