Have a generac 2700psi washer. problem is fuel is leaking from carburetor when I open fuel valve. thoughts?

Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !! If leak is not at the incoming fuel line, you have a stuck needle valve or float in the carburetor. Remove the float bowl and look for debris and if the float and needle valve is clean and free to move. Here is basic carburetor link .
