Welcome to JUST ANSWER small engines, let me try to help you !! You would need the Bush hog manual to get exact procedure. But this is much like all the ATV and UTV with the drive and driven clutches, with the single drive belt. First unhook your battery negative to kill the electrical. The the belt cover has to be removed, it may require removing brackets or other parts to get the cover off. With the cover off, the belt may be taken off just by rolling it over the driven pulley. If it is too tight, then the driven clutch is removed. A center bolt will be holding it to a spline d shaft. The drive clutch is on the tapered crankshaft and you do not want t remove it. With the driven clutch off, the belt can be removed or installed on both pulleys, then the driven clutch re-installed. That's all that is required.
