Customer Question

I have a SLOW 1993 Yamaha G8 cart. I have switched the batteries from my 2001 EzGo cart which is a very fast cart and the speed in the Yamaha did not increase so since I've eliminated the batteries what else could be wrong with the cart ?

Locat the throttle position sensor and take a physical look at it . corrosion, loose wires??? It is the only thing other than the controller that will make cart slow. Pull up the G8 wiring diagram.
