I have a Victa lawnmower with Briggs & Stratton 35 classic motor. My problem is related to the carburetor setup as cable and springs are disconnected and have no idea how to and where to reconnect to make carby functional. Hope you can assist, Thank you, Eddie
The cabel z bend hooks on the lever on top of the carb the one that moves back an forth. The larger spring goes from throttle shaft to the same lever but hooks in a different hole. If you have a 3 rd smaller spring it goes from throttle shaft to a link hole closest to the tank and not as far at the other connections.

Any chance of a schematic, this does have 2 springs
Yea, hang on a minute

go to this link
The little spring goes in the large hoop of number 201
The long end of #209 goes to 222e moveable lever
short end goes on throttle shaft #97 shown in the second link below

Finally the throttle cabke hooks in to 222e and attaches to the starter housing either behind the tank on the housing or around the front above the spark plug.
