How do I adjust the throttle cable on a honda lawn mower? I have model number HRR216VXA. I have the tools just need the information.

Hello. You put the throttle into the choke position. Loosen the phillips head screw that holds it to the bracket at the engine. Pull the throttle cable towards the handle all the way and retighten it. Hope this helps.
