Hi Starsky, If there is not a drain on the bottom of the hydraulic tank, remove the return line and drain the oil into a pan. Reconnect, replace the filter, replenish the oil, then run the controls forward and backwards 30 seconds at a time to bleed the air from the system. You will never get all the oil out of the pumps or motors, but raising the wheels and turning them by hand while the system is draining may help.
