Give me a few minutes to pull up any information on this model.
ou may have an issue within the Electronic Control Board OR it may just need to be rebooted .
So have you unplugged the unit Or turned the Circuit Breaker off for OVER 5 minutes to try and reboot the electronic control board yet ?
If not let`s unplug Or turn the circuit breaker off for OVER 5 minutes or more, then apply power and try to run the appliance and see if it has the same issue .
It has to be powered down for over 5 minutes for the control boards memory chip to go dead and reboot the control board .
Anything less the 5 minutes is a waste of time!
