my roomba does not charge. We put a new battery pack in it, it worked for one cleaning cycle, and now does not charge again! The red "clean" light blinks constantly and then goes out. Help!

Customer: For about 2 wks. or so
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Not I, my husband! Unless there's a place nearby where I can take it to have it repaired or whatever.

Customer: I have cleaned the brushes, the rollers, insured the charging station is clean and clear, don't know what else to do.
