My Hoover SpinScrub MAXExtract PressurePRO 60 isn't picking

Customer Question

Hello, my Hoover SpinScrub MAXExtract PressurePRO 60 isn't picking up water
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Hoover is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: We bought it just a couple months ago. This is the 3rd time I've used it.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Maybe. . . if it's something simple. . .
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: We have a cat. . . I can see a lot of cat hair in the take-up tank, but don't know if there are filters or other ways to clean it that I don't realize. I'm pretty sure this is the source of the problem.

Hello, one minute while I get some information together.

You have to clean that hair out and make sure the buckets are seated all the way. Can you do that and try it?
