I have a Janome MC10001 machine and when I insert the ATA

Hi! I have a Janome MC10001 machine and when I insert the ATA card it gives a message of "ATA card has damaged or unknown files, would you like to delete them?" I cancel it and it shows shows of my uploaded JEF files but not all of them. What could be wrong?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: I bought this 2nd hand quite recently and it didn't have this problem before. I also have an MC300E and I tried putting the ATA card there, and it also says the same thing. Could it be the ATA card itself? Never had a problem with my 300E before.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I could.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: that's the only problem I've been having.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that. In this instance it is most likley a corrupt ATA card that will need to be replaced.

This can happen if the IC's on that card had failed memory locations or if the program was damaged in some way.

All you need is a new ATA card and it should work fine ;-)
