JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: just started today
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: LOL yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: it is about a year old but i always use ditilled water
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: started this morning and i have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in to get water to go from tank into cup then it say's prime again

Often Keurig machines get air in them. Sometimes in order to fix this problem you have to be a little tough on the machine. Sometimes slamming the reservoir on the machine helps or shaking the machine. I know this sounds crazy but it helps get the air to move out.
