I have a Bissell powerlifter carper shampooer model # ***** It is not sucking up all the water, and spraying dirty water back out through the bottom. I hv cleaned & checked everything I can think of with no luck.

Is there any suction to feel when its switched on?

If not, then there may be a blockage or the motor is failing.

where wd the blockage be? I hv taken apart everything that looks like it comes apart.

Any blockage will be in the suction pipes.

If there is no blockage then it is likely that the motor has failed, and will need to be replaced.
