Hello my name is***** do not rate until we are finished. I look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. The manual may only be available in Japanese for that model. Would a translation of that manual work for you?
For some reason now I am not even finding the Japanese manual for your model, do you happen to still have the link to the manual you sent a cover picture of? The closest I found was for the RZ-XV180K
This is the handbook for the Australian version of your model. It is the 220 volt version of your ricecooker, according to Hitachi the operating instructions are the same just the technical specifications are different.
Hope that helps - Ian
I think perhaps I had better clarify the position of the experts for your future reference. We are exactly that we are experts in appliances and have no input regarding the amount you pay or when you pay it. All that is decided by you prior to the call getting anywhere near us. at some point you agreed during the sign up process to pay a set rate.
Now with regard to the rice cooker, most manufacturers these days make items for an international market ie the product is the same worldwide but slight variations in color or voltage or styling, but in essence the machine is the same across the board. The model numbers are different so that the manufacturer can see if questioned which market they sold in. It would appear that in your case that particular model is only applicable to the Japanese market and this is why the three experts have been unable to satisfy your request - basically an English version is just not there.
So as we have been unable to give you a satisfactory answer to your question I will arrange that you are given a full refund.
