Bissell proHeat series 8910 will not spray water. Tools work

Bissell proHeat series 8910 will not spray water. Tools work okay, but carpet/floor does not
It could be the little spray nozzles at the front are clogged(use some vinegar and an old toothbrush to clean them) Then spray air through them with compressed air or an air compressor. Worse case scenario is the heating element is clogged from dried soap residue. An air compressor may work best to try and blow out a clog or blockage. Unfortunately, these are notorious for doing this and the solutions are all across the board as to what actually works to fix them. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
