Customer Question

I actually have same question for finance class, but bonds bought in 1990 or 1991 have a totally different way of being calculated.
I need a simple straight to the point yes or no if I am calculating right.....1,000 savings bonds, 5 years till mature, 4.25% coupon rate, EE, calculated semi annually...........1991 were calculated different from what I read, but all I have to do is put in what I am calculating and why...the rest doesn't matter.
